The Production Supervisor manages assembly and testing activities, ensuring execution following production plans, priorities, and quality standards.
You will play an important part in leading and developing the production team daily, monitoring performance, and supporting the resolution of operational issues, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities
Coordinate daily assembly and testing activities to provide a smooth production flow
Lead production operators on the shopfloor, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Assign tasks and manage workforce deployment based on production priorities and capacity
Monitor team performance and ensure understanding of daily and weekly production targets
Analyze main production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output, and schedule adherence)
Support team performance through feedback, and management
Manage team dynamics, including conflict resolution and engagement, to maintain a positive working environment
Identify and elevate operational issues, driving problem resolution together with support responsibilitiesBuild daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Support continuous improvement programs (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
The Essentials – You Will Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in assembly or production line operations
Experience People Management, including leading, motivating, and developing teams in a shopfloor environment
Manage team dynamics, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts
Basic knowledge of production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output)
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Excel)
Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, A3, and root cause analysis)
Knowledge of line balancing and production flow optimization
Experience working with Measurement dashboards and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
Experience in continuous improvement projects
Experience in team development activities such as coaching, or skill matrix management
Work in a structured and data-driven environment
