-- Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department of BU Castelli at the Reggio Emilia (RE) plant.
The resource, reporting to the HR Admin.
Verification and monitoring of clock-ins and attendance; Support in document management (contracts, letters, onboarding forms); Participation in projects aimed at improving HR Administration processes.
REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS Degree in economics/law; Excellent knowledge and proficiency of the Office Package, particularly Excel; Good knowledge of the English language; Precision, attention to detail and good organizational skills; Proactivity and interest in the administrative HR field.
