RINA is currently recruiting for a
System Integration Engineer
to join its office in
Genoa
within the
Electronics and System Engineering
Division.
Mission
The Site Engineer works directly under customer control.
Their mission is to perform a range of engineering tasks with a focus on design, technical documentation, project support, and fieldwork.
They utilize their expertise to contribute to the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to standards, quality, and safety protocols.
Key Accountabilities
Design and Drafting: Perform design standard calculations, drafting, and designing of engineering projects according to project requirements and industry standards.
Technical Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, reports, and conduct inspections and studies necessary for project completion.
Quantity Takeoffs and Cost Estimates: Prepare material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bidding documents to support project planning and execution.
Computer-Assisted Engineering: Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment proficiently to execute engineering tasks efficiently and accurately.
Technical Review and Interpretation: Review and interpret technical documents and designs under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Assist in authoring technical reports and project correspondence.

Engineering Support in Fieldwork:
Provide engineering support in gathering data collection in the field for projects in various stages of design and construction, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Safety and Security: Observe safety and security procedures rigorously, promptly reporting potentially unsafe conditions, and ensuring proper use of equipment and materials to maintain a safe working environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proficiency in design calculations, drafting, and engineering software.
Strong understanding of technical documentation and project management processes.
Ability to review and interpret technical documents and designs effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in field data collection and willingness to engage in fieldwork activities.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation Data
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with
CCNL RINA
(CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between
€30,000 and €40,000
and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
