/p pOur bGraduate Development Program /b is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work.
/p pThe program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives.
Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
/p pFrom day one, you join ION on a bfull?time permanent contract /b, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul lipConducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to generate actionable insights /p /li lipMapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunities /p /li lipDesigning wireframes, prototypes,



and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations /p /li lipCollaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end?to?end experiences /p /li lipPresenting solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real?world data /p /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul lipMaster's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human?Computer Interaction, or a related field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with strong academic record /p /li lipWritten and spoken English at B2 level or above /p /li lipDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross?functional teams /p /li lipBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non?EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /p /li /ul pPursuant to Italian Law (L.*****), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
