p About Us p For our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for an EMEA HR Specialist to support the EMEA HR Lead in operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management.
/pp The Role /pp The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
/lili Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management.
/lili Support and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs.
/lili Assist in the organization and participation in employer branding events, career fairs, and university engagement initiatives.
/lili Coordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company's subsidized meal service through the designated platform.
/lili Oversee company fleet administration and liaise with external fleet management providers.
/lili Support the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration.
/lili Act as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters.
/lili Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
/lili Contribute to local and international HR projects, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
/li /ulp Who We Are Looking For /pulli Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field.
/lili Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
/lili Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
/lili Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
/lili Familiarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions.
/lili Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
/lili Strong ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
