-- Deal Advisory - Turnaround financial modelling and business planning; independent business reviews of business plans; commercial and operational due diligence; negotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors); distressed M cash management and turnarounds; cost cutting analysis and organizational improvement.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: 5/7 years of experience in restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance; specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance); excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
