-- Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Digital Supporting the analysis of innovation trends and scouting for innovative solutions to identify opportunities and respond to business needs; Contributing to the promotion of the culture of innovation, supporting internal programs and initiatives such as Lacta Innova - an entrepreneurship program; Collaborating with startups and external partners, contributing to the organization of innovation initiatives: Innodays, Call4Startup, workshops and events; Supporting the management of digital projects and innovation pilot projects, contributing to their initiation, monitoring, and progress.




REQUIRED SKILLS Degree/Master's achievement; Previous work experience of 2-5 years; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, knowledge of Copilot will be considered a plus; Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of French will be considered a plus; Empathy, curiosity, and determination in problem-solving; Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork; Strong propensity for innovation and digital.
KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION Workplace: Milan; Availability to travel to Group offices.
