Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: or will soon have a master's degree in management engineering, innovation management, management, etc. a passion for new technologies and their application in corporate settings; expertise in understanding and analysing company processes; an ability to analyse and summarise data when reporting findings; an interest in corporate IT systems as enablers for the effective performance of processes; an aptitude for complex problem solving; proactiveness, flexibility and an ability to adapt to different challenging situations; a good knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad; availability to travel within Italy.

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €28,000 to €31,500.
The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role.
