-- - Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, including mechanical designers, mechanical engineers, and automation specialists, providing technical guidance, coaching, and clear project priorities.
Take full ownership of automation and robotics projects, managing the complete lifecycle from concept and design through implementation, commissioning, and validation.
Drive the development of new automated equipment and continuously improve existing manufacturing processes and production lines.
Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, working closely with production teams to identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and ensure successful project execution.




Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and performance expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to develop and implement innovative technical solutions that meet business and plant objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and engineering excellence while supporting the professional growth of your team.
