British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Data Product Manager in Trieste Annual Gross Salary Pay Range: ******,80 € - ******,00 € under 1SQ CLA level The Data Product Manager sits within the Growth Data coordinate delivery with Data Intelligence, Platform, D inspire change management (training, documentation, adoption).
Collaborate with growth, activation, and agencies to embed products into workflows, and partner with DBS lead and mentor team; promote best practices; define KPIs, handle backlog, and drive continuous improvement.
Define and uphold SLAs, monitoring, and escalation processes to minimize delays and friction in data availability.
Build strong, trusted partnerships across D expertise in growth use cases (segmentation, personalization,



funnels), awareness of AI/ML trends and data privacy with a relevant graduate degree.
