-- As the Program Owner with European scope, you will lead a core initiative to enhance Last Mile delivery capabilities, directly contributing how JD Logistics delivers parcels to customers across Europe.
Your focus will be on: 1.Process Optimization and Standards Implementation Design and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives.
Drive process improvements across several operational domains including performance management, demand planning or fleet damage and repair management.
2.Strategic Program Enhancement Lead the development and execution of program enhancements such as capacity planning or design of the Last Mile Delivery infrastructure.
