-- R active support on test specimen production; analyze and interpret laboratory test results.
Material database development: Collect, validate, and organize material data from laboratory tests, suppliers, and technical data sheets; Ensure proper data traceability and compliance with internal R Provide technical summaries to support decision-making in early-stage development.
Delivery of project milestones to internal and external stakeholders Main Requirements: Educational Background in Materials engineering, Material science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering 0-1 years of work experience.
Strong knowledge of polymer science and plastic materials properties.
Understanding of injection molding processes and material behavior.
Familiarity with laboratory testing methods for mechanical, thermal and physical characterization (i.e., tensile testing, DSC, TGA, DMA...).
Hands-on experience with plastic material processing technologies and machinery (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, compounding) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable working within an industrial/manufacturing environment You are fluent in English and Italian What's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
