The ideal candidate will act as a high-level strategic consultant, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and business-oriented solutions.
We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in hydraulics, leadership qualities, and a proven ability to manage custom projects for major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Key Responsibilities Strategic System Design lead advanced "Customer Tech Days" and represent the company as a technical expert at international exhibitions and summits.
Compliance extensive experience with MRP/ERP systems is essential.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian (both verbal and written), with the ability to negotiate and present complex concepts to international audiences.
