In this role you are accountable for securing optimal reinsurance protections for the Generali Group within P&C; Treaty Retrocession.
You will align protection design with corporate strategy and market conditions, working closely with reinsurers, brokers, and internal partners.
You will lead negotiations and manage post-closing structures like sidecars, while maintaining strong relationships with reinsurers and top management.
This position offers impact by shaping the Group's reinsurance program and reporting to senior governance bodies.

Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law
3-5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance
Fluent English
