-- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Take ownership of Unit performance by defining and executing action plans aligned with country priorities and monitoring KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment.
Drive commercial excellence across all channels by steering sales on top-selling, prioritized products and IKEA service solutions while ensuring the Unit is always in excellent shape.
Use customer, market and competition insights to adapt commercial actions, responding to local needs, feedback and stock availability.
