We are looking for a Junior Indirect Procurement Buyer in Marketing support contracting discussions, negotiations and contract creation process.
Ensure uninterrupted and efficient flow of services by providing operational support as needed.
Assist team lead with ensuring compliance with the category strategies and sourcing projects, taking into consideration Procurement Policy, Guidelines as well as legal requirements.
Help support value generation for the business through better strategizing, structuring and organizing the supply of the assigned categories, including selecting the "right" supplier base.
Provide manager with recommended KPI and other supplier performance metrics.
Work with team lead to execute category-specific supplier relationship management strategies, maintaining oversight of key strategic suppliers in close alignment with stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Brand and Finance.
Plans and conducts low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects,



such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or Tenders on a global, regional or local level, engaging stakeholders and the required cross-functional resources.
Requirements Master's degree in economics 1 year in working experience in Procurement and/or Marketing specific, preferably within a structured organization Experience with data analysis and ability to effectively use ERP and business management systems Planning/organizational skills Negotiation aptitude Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and ecosystem partners Fluent in English The company applies the CCNL Alimentare Industria.
The gross annual salary ranges from €28,000 to €35,000 and is determined based on objective and neutral criteria related to the job requirements and the candidate's profile, in accordance with the principles of equity, transparency, and equal opportunity.
