/p pThe HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Manager, supports plant operations by developing and managing Human Resources, ensuring alignment between operational needs and HR policies.
The role combines Business Partner responsibilities with operational activities typical of an HR Generalist, providing end-to-end support to HR processes.
It also collaborates with management as an HR partner, contributing to operational results and people development.
The position provides operational support for daily HR activities, ensuring administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
/p h3Role And Responsibilities /h3 pThe main activities are: /p ul liSupport activities:



ul liSupport and advise managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR?related decision?making processes /li liSupport employees on regulations, company policies, and HR requests /li liManage and support complex situations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, operational issues) /li /ul /li liOperational management and HR development: ul liOversee and coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts, mandatory communications, attendance, payroll, and labor law compliance) with the support of external consultants /li liEnsure the management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, and career growth) /li liContribute to workforce planning and personnel budgeting /li liManage the training budget and ensure implementation of the training plan /li liCoordinate activities related to industrial relations /li liManage recruitment and selection activities (job interviews, relationships with employment agencies, related administrative tasks, etc.) /li /ul /li liHR Governance and projects ul liEnsure compliance with labor laws, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), and company regulations /li liMonitor and analyze HR data (reporting, statistics, KPIs) to support decision?making /li liEnsure compliance with internal procedures, Organizational Model 231, policies, and management systems /li liParticipate in internal and Network HR projects,



as well as continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul /li liHealth, Safety and well?being ul liSupport the RSPP/ASPP in prevention and training activities related to health and safety /li liCollaborate with the occupational physician in managing employee health surveillance plans /li /ul /li liInternal communication ul liManage activities related to internal communication /li liParticipate in Network internal communication projects /li liDevelop employer branding initiatives (schools, universities, events, etc.) /li /ul /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in human resources, Economics, or Law /li liAt least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles or within employment agencies /li liExperience in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferred) /li liKnowledge of labor law regulations /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of personnel administration and payroll /li liKnowledge of labor law and industrial relations /li liAbility to analyze HR data and perform reporting /li liKnowledge of HR processes (recruitment, development, compensation) /li liProficiency in HR management systems /li liStrong interpersonal skills (mediation and negotiation) /li liEffective communication, active listening, and empathy /li liProblem-solving and conflict management skills /li liOrganizational skills and ability to manage priorities /li liDiscretion and reliability /li liFlexibility and adaptability to change /li liCollaborative leadership (Servant Leadership) /li liDecision?making ability and strategic mindset /li liAdvanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li liItalian fluent /li liEnglish (minimum B level) /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
