About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced to expand our global presence in themedium voltage productssector.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong channel development background and direct customer engagement experience in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop overseasdistributors and channel partners, and actively drive project pipelines to successful completion.
Directly expandGrid customers of regional, including client visits, Supplier listing, bidding,contract negotiation and signing, payment follow-up, and long-term relationship building.
Gather and relay customer feedback, coordinate internal and external resources to improvecustomer satisfactionand service quality.
Customize and delivertechnical/commercial proposalsbased on client needs, with basic ability to draft or adapt solution documents and explain them clearly to clients.

Complete other tasks assigned by senior management as part of business expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience in sellingmedium voltage products(eg.
recloser Distribution transformerRMUSwitchgear)
At least5 years of experience in the European power utility sector, with proven success in similar roles.
Existing channel partner network or sales resources is highly preferred.
Fluent inEnglishas a working language;
Strong resilience, adaptability, andresult-drivenmindset;
willing to work under pressure and pursue goals with energy and commitment.
