brp To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to join our team.
/p pb Your Impact /b /pp In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business.
You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
/p pb Your Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department /lili Work closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipments /lili Challenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiency /lili Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS)



and external regulations /lili Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels /lili Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and service providers /lili Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction /lili Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively /li /ul pb What You Bring /b /pulli Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field /lili Minimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required) /lili Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example /lili Strong problem-solving and organizational skills /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /lili Flexibility to support operations when needed /lili Additional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus /li /ul pb Why Join Us?
