/pp Who We're Looking For /pp For our Kappa Outlet store in Scalo Milano Outlet, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant.
As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.
You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.




/pp Key responsabilities /pulli Supporting the customer in the sale; /lili Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; /lili Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; /lili Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store; /lili Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines; /lili Managing cashier operations.
/li /ulp Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required /pulli Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field); /lili Knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus); /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; /lili Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules; /lili Immediatly avalaible.
/li /ulp Initial placement on a fixed term contract, full-time (40h).
