A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center - fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.For the Central Digital Technology Finance team, based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for a DT Finance Business Partner.Main successes will include:What you will doCollaborate with corporate finance departments to improve current processes while helping the company achieve its goalsFacilitate the transition from demand management to partnership proposition to improve finance processes.The business partner should be able to collect and analyze business requirements but would also provide additional value by suggesting any process improvementsSupport users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions and designing processes by leveraging the Digitalization of FinanceLead projects, including managing multiple partners and stakeholdersSupport users in project activities and to test new features and improvements.Engage with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.Be a point of contact for third-party finance applicationsWhat you need to succeedMust have Knowledge of most relevant international accounting principlesKnowledge of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP (one of the two is required)S4Hana Experience is a plus.Application experience in govern projects considering basic fundamental of methodologyEducation: Degree in Economics, Engineer or equivalent in relevant disciplinesProfessional Experience: Professional experience (2/3 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity as with advanced and articulated information technology environment is preferredLanguages: Fluent in Italian & EnglishSoft &Hard; Skills: Ability to work with Business and IT counterpart, including C/levelsPropensity to innovation and transformation approachesAbility to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests.Creative and analytical thinker with good problem?solving skillsProcess oriented mindsetSelf-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in small and large teamsFlexibility to adjust priorities when business needs changeOther: Availability for few business travelEmployment Type: Fixed term (maternity cover); Full-TimeNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici PrivatiMinimum Gross Annual Salary: € ******Benefits:Meal ticketsSmart WorkingThe Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
