/p h3Your Future: /h3 ul liAnalyses and optimises production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
/li liMonitors production progress, ensuring that orders are not delayed.
/li liLiaises with the technical department to respond to production information requirements: technical drawings, operating instructions, bills of materials.
/li liWork closely with the order planning department, verifying requirements directly with the production departments.
/li liImplement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.




/li liManage and coordinate department staff, promoting collaboration and skills development.
/li liMonitor production KPIs (efficiency, waste, cycle times, etc.) and propose corrective actions.
/li liDraft and maintain work instructions, procedures and company best practices.
/li liCollaborate with the Quality, Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure compliance with standards.
/li liSupport the introduction of new technologies and production processes.
/li liDraft technical documentation and operating procedures.
/li /ul h3Your Potential: /h3 ul liAt least 7-10 years of operational experience in production and process engineering.
/li liIn-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (e.g. 5S, SMED, OEE, Value Stream Mapping) and WCM tools.
/li liPersonnel management and leadership skills.
/li liAbility to communicate effectively with different levels of the company, lead teams and promote collaboration.
/li liExcellent analytical and synthesis skills.
/li liKnowledge of IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel, data analysis software) and graphics (CAD, Solid works, etc.).
/li liExcellent knowledge of English to interface with the Wieland team and international customers.
