p Project Manager — Utility-Scale Solar PV BESS | Milan (Hybrid)p A market-leading global renewables developer and manufacturer is expanding its Italian project delivery team and is hiring a Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across Italy.
/pp This is a delivery-focused role for someone who has built solar (BESS a strong plus) and knows the Italian EPC market inside out.
You will own your projects end to end, from kick-off through to acceptance and warranty, reporting into the Italian and HQ leadership teams.
/pp What you will do /pulli Act as the primary owner for project implementation and process management, taking full responsibility for planning and delivery /lili Lead and coordinate project teams to meet the Level 1 plan and control progress, quality, safety, cost, risk and resourcing /lili Manage project cash flow (targeting positive cash flow) and handle procurement and payment requests through internal systems /lili Support the business development team in assessing the feasibility of new project opportunities and pipeline, including site visits /lili Monitor backlog (ready-to-build in 3 to 6 months)



and drive the kick-off process in line with company procedures /lili Support the MA team on project sales and EPC contract negotiations /lili Own internal and external project acceptance and warranty management /lili Ensure full compliance with QEHS, cost, schedule and equipment management standards, alongside local codes and international best practice /lili Provide clear daily and weekly reporting to management /li /ulp What you will bring /pulli5+ years as a Project Manager, including at least 3 years in solar PV (BESS experience a strong advantage) /lili Strong working knowledge of the Italian EPC market and familiarity with international standards and best practice /lili Proven ability to run several projects simultaneously /lili Fluent English (Italian a strong plus) /lili Honest, adaptable, fast-learning and genuinely enthusiastic about renewables /li /ulp The offer /pulli Full-time, permanent /lili Hybrid working, based in Milan /lili The chance to deliver landmark utility-scale projects for one of the most recognised names in global renewables /li /ulp Interested, or know someone who fits?
