p We are working with a market leading insurance Broker seeking an legal graduate in Milan.
It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth.

p About the role: /pp As an Analyst in the broking team on transactional insurance deals, the MA Analyst will support MA processes in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to MA and corporate transactions.
/pp Responsibilities include: /pulli Analysing MA documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements /lili Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies /lili Directly supporting senior underwriters on live MA deals /lili Managing a consistent pipeline of MA deal flow by updating the team with MA deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs,



and utilizing the team's IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of MA deals /lili Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and investment managers.
/lili Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings /li /ulp About you: /pp Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary.
A background or education in Law is desirable.
