/p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs an Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.
This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.
/p h3As a Lead Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with iMtJC process .
Intelligent manage the job cycle /li liWork with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the clients well construction or production objectives.
/li liPerform offset job analysis and product/service specific engineering modelling calculations to understand application hazards and incident potential /li liWork together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services has been considered /li liDesign a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignment for Baker Hughes /li liAccurately document any calculations/simulations/plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purposes /li liProvide on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution.
/li liCompare job as-planned versus job as-executed,
document any lessons learned and develop recommendations for further improvements to procedures to ensure continuous improvement takes place /li liWork on Field incidents related to products/services /li liParticipate in incident investigations when required, ensuring the end-to-end process is considered /li liEnsure timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection /li liAdvise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component/product failures /li liResponsible for providing sale support and product application recommendations /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Bachelor' Degree in an Engineering discipline or similar.
Relevant hands-on experience may compensate for education.
/li liHave 5+ years of working experience as an Application Engineer.
/li liHave more than 5 years of experience in Upper Completions /li liAdditional experience in either Intelligent Production Systems, Lower Completions, Wellbore Constructions or Wellbore Intervention is a agevolazioni.
/li liHave experience and comfort with client interactions.
