ppAs Finance Business Partner Italy, you support the General Manager and ensure robust financial governance across accounting, tax, legal, and reporting.
You drive performance through local and group reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasting and insights.
You collaborate with global centers and the group legal function to manage risks and compliance.
This role combines technical accounting with business partnering to enable informed decisions.
You will work in a dynamic, multinational context with a clear impact on performance.
/p ul liCoordinate accounting, tax, and legal activities ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP /li liOversee timely production of management and statutory reporting and filing of accounts /li liManage tax issues, returns, payments,
and tax reporting; respond to group tax questions /li liCollaborate with group legal to control legal risks /li liProvide local and group management with business partnering support, reports and analysis /li liProduce monthly reports and KPIs to drive efficiencies; include PL and headcount variance analysis /li liCoordinate annual budget process with Central FPA and other required reporting /li liManage Power BI reporting and related tooling for financial analysis /li liBachelor or Master degree in finance or related field /li liExperience in multinational company environment /li liStrong technical finance and accounting skills with finance business partnering experience /li liSolid knowledge of local finance and accounting regulations /li liExperience with ERP and BI tools (SAP / Power BI) /li liFluent Italian and English; additional languages a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
