/liliFamiliarity with HR best practices and the implementation of such practices into a blank canvas /liliStrong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business growth objectives.
/liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English /liliHands-on, pragmatic approach with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
/liliFamiliarity with employment law and best practices in Italy and the EU.
