They're solving one of the field's core scaling bottlenecks at the architecture level, and they need a measurement engineer to push readout and control performance as the platform grows.
p What you'll do: /pulli Design, implement and optimise qubit readout and control chains /lili Build measurement protocols for characterisation: T1, T2, Ramsey, echo, RB, readout fidelity, crosstalk /lili Optimise SNR and measurement fidelity under real hardware constraints /lili Develop and maintain Python-based experimental control software with FPGA/AWG integration /lili Analyse experimental data against theoretical models and simulations /lili Work closely with device physicists,



fab and systems teams /lili Contribute to scalable measurement architectures and automation for large-qubit systems /li /ulp What you'll need: /pulli PhD or MSc in Physics, Applied Physics, EE or similar /lili5+ years hands-on with superconducting qubits or closely related quantum hardware /lili Microwave engineering in practice: GHz electronics, IQ mixers, amplifiers, VNAs /lili Solid grounding in quantum measurement theory and decoherence mechanisms /lili Dilution refrigerator experience /lili Strong Python for experiment control and data analysis /lili Ability to debug complex setups across hardware and software /li /ul /p
