You will steer the people agenda across three Italian sites, partnering with the Plant Director and global HR networks to shape a forward-looking people strategy for 280+ employees. This role anchors compliance, culture, and leadership development in a multinational manufacturing setting. You will drive HR policies, talent management, and employer branding while collaborating across regional and global teams. Retribuzione / Benefits * Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to Plant Director on people topics * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations; guide leaders and mitigate risks * Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals * Lead, coach,
