For our HR team we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be working on talent acquisition practices and employer branding. Due to the fast international growth of the company, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to work on both local and international recruitment processes, thereby gaining complete exposure to the main stakeholders of the Group across the HQ, the three production sites and seven international subsidiaries.
The position will be based in the Group Headquarter in Parma (Montechiarugolo).
Main responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and international roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract and select the best talent.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group Headquarters, production sites and international subsidiaries to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
Develop and implement talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Mutti's employer value proposition across different markets.
Build and strengthen partnerships with universities,
business schools and academic institutions to support early careers recruitment.
Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:
4-5 years of recruitment experience
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
Ability to influence and guide decision-making processes
Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders of different seniorities and cultures to achieve shared objectives
Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit

Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a genuine passion for identifying and engaging top talent.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced, international environment.
A collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering excellent candidate experience.
Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.
The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be based on a salary range between € ************* , in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement ( CCNL Industria Alimentare )
