We expect the successful candidate to have:
Drive the growth
of the company's international
energy storage business
by identifying, developing, and converting new market opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
Lead commercial activities
throughout the sales cycle, including customer engagement, tender participation,
contract negotiations,
and pricing discussions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate the preparation of competitive and commercially viable quotations
, working closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Manage quotation, sample, and order processes, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management to achieve annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers
, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication, business meetings, site visits, and professional customer support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.

roven experience in business development

, account management, or commercial roles within the
energy storage, renewable energy
, electric vehicle, battery.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, tender management, and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated leadership potential, a proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.
Previous overseas work experience and/or experience in energy storage systems, electric mobility, battery technologies, or industrial equipment sales would be advantageous.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. xrdbqlu
Overseas work experience or vehicle parts or energy storage sales experience is preferred.
