Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers. What about your responsibilities? * Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests * Provide VIP user support * Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support * Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's) * Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams * Manage printer and MFP support * Support PC refresh activities * Manage ticketing system * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) * Local stock management Location: San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby Contract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent) Please send your CV in English and we will be glad to share some more insights with you! Requirements:
