Engineering & Construction Intern

Do you want to be part of an exciting journey, using your skills to support the renewable energy transition?
You'll be part of the Engineering & Construction Italy team at Sonnedix, reporting to the Head of Grid Connection and BESS Italy.
As an intern, you will collaborate closely with E&C; Project Managers to support the execution of renewable projects across Italy and the connection to the grid.
Amongst various responsibilities, you will assist with project reporting for banks and advisors, manage vendor compliance checks, support budget analysis, and prepare contract annexes.
You will also follow up on project punch lists, and ensure compliance with ESG and document control requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in project execution and grid connection within a dynamic, fast-growing renewable sector.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Enviormental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools/softwares.
Fluency in Italian and English required.
Previous coursework or experience in project managemetn is beneficial.
Interest in using or developing digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity
