Act as a trusted advisor in international, multi-stakeholder environments
Gain a deep understanding of customers' business processes, operating models, and mission-critical workflows
Lead product configuration and technical activities:
Design and optimize SQL relational data models
Define API integration strategies
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
You will operate at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and product implementation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
~5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts
~ Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
~ Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents
~ Experience in defining and executing test plans (functional & integration)
~ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira,

Confluence)
~ Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages.
~ Location: Hybrid.
Candidates should be based in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, one of our four Italian hubs: Background in Java development is a plus, though this is not a coding role.
Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions
Solid understanding of distributed architectures, including microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Familiarity with key-value or document databases
Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS or other) or IT security.
