We are looking for an ITSM Functional Analyst to perform the following activities:
Analyze business requirements and define functional solutions for ITSM platforms.




Design and optimize ITSM workflows and service management processes in line with ITIL v4 best practices.
Support the design of software architectures and integration solutions using TM Forum ODA and Open APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance ITSM solutions (iTop, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Contribute to cloud-native and event-driven integration initiatives involving Kubernetes, Kafka, and related technologies.
Produce functional documentation and support testing and solution validation.
Experience and competencies
Experience in the design and analysis of complex software architectures.
Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as iTop, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent solutions.
Expertise in applying TM Forum ODA frameworks and related Open APIs for system integration.
Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Helm, Istio/Linkerd service mesh) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, CloudEvents, Avro).
Good communication skills
Languages:
Italian (Fluent)
English (fluent, oral and written)
