As our HSE Product Specialist, you will play a key role in checking that our products meet the highest safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while supporting successful product launches and customer-facing activities.
Acting as the bridge between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Global Business Units, and local stakeholders, you will check that safety and environmental considerations are fully integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
From compliance and risk assessment to training, product launches, and customer support, you will help drive a strong safety culture while enabling business growth and innovation.
Ensure Hilti products comply with local and international safety, environmental, and product regulations throughout their lifecycle.
Review and validate product-related HSE documentation, risk assessments, operating instructions, and technical communications.
Act as the go-to expert for product safety and environmental compliance, supporting customers, colleagues, and business stakeholders.
Integrate HSE requirements into product launches, demonstrations, marketing initiatives, and customer-facing activities.
Develop and deliver training programs, educational materials, and safety guidance for products and their applications.
Collaborate with product experts, marketing teams,
and global business units to drive consistent HSE standards and best practices.
Support the development of Hilti's safety value proposition through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.
Provide on-site HSE support during product launches, events, training sessions, and field demonstrations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, HR, and Product Management to ensure safe and compliant product use.

You are the perfect fit if you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within industrial, technical, manufacturing, construction, or product-related environments.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and product compliance requirements, including Machinery Directive, EMC, RoHS, REACH, WEEE/RAEE, and related frameworks.
Experience conducting risk assessments and validating technical documentation.
Ability to analyze real-life product applications and translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
Experience delivering training and presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
HSE Auditor or Trainer certification is considered a plus.
Experience in near-miss and incident analysis with a focus on the product.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities in both local and global environments.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
