/p h3YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE /h3 pAs Group Compliance Coordinator, based in Milan, you will support the Group's compliance framework.
The role focuses on legal and regulatory analysis, compliance risk assessment, governance support, reporting and cross?functional coordination on corporate compliance and sustainability, privacy, AI, cybersecurity (NIS2) and supply chain?related legal matters.
/p pYou will work closely with the Group Compliance Manager and other company functions to drive results and shape the way we work and grow.
/p h3Legal and Regulatory Analysis /h3 ul liAnalyse applicable laws and regulations and identify and evaluate their impact on business processes and projects.
/li liMonitor ESG?related regulatory developments (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD, ESPR) and their implementation within the compliance framework.
/li liAnalyse ESG initiatives to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
/li liManage privacy matters, including regulatory analysis and advisory, contributing to further enhance the Group?wide privacy governance and initiatives.




/li liAnalyse AI?related legal and operational risks, AI governance and policies, cybersecurity and ethics, supporting compliance with the EU AI Act and NIS2 Directive in liaison with IT.
/li /ul h3Reporting and Stakeholder Support /h3 ul liPrepare compliance reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders, corporate bodies and management, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency of data and information.
/li /ul h3Compliance Support and Implementation /h3 ul liImplement and monitor the Global compliance program, regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures.
/li liManage suppliers in liaison with supply?chain and cross?functional teams (e.g., compliance checks, risk identification and solutions).
/li liDrafter, review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
/li liCollect, analyse and track relevant KPIs across the relevant functions to assess compliance effectiveness.
/li /ul h3Corporate Compliance /h3 ul liCollect and process relevant data and information from internal and external stakeholders regarding the Group's reporting obligations.
/li liPrepare compliance?related disclosures for reports and public documents.
/li liMaintain and review delegations of authority (DoA) documentation, in collaboration with Corporate Affairs and other functions.




/li liMonitor compliance with Legislative Decree ******** for Italian entities and update Organizational Models as needed.
/li /ul h3Ethics /h3 ul liDevelop and launch initiatives to promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
/li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul li3?5 years of experience in compliance and/or legal, preferably in an international environment, and experience in legal research and regulatory analysis.
/li liGraduated in Law.
Qualification as a Lawyer and/or post?graduation in compliance?related fields will be considered a plus.
/li liSkilled in compliance regulations and best practices, particularly on ESG, privacy, AI and NIS2, in reporting and data interpretation, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively across functions and in multicultural environments.
/li liFluently communicate in Italian and English.
/li liProficient in Microsoft Office.
/li liDetail?oriented, organised, multitasking, collaborative and flexible, with a proven track record of working well with others.

Individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
