/p h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liJuris Doctorate (JD) Degree /li liActive member in good standing with the Florida Bar /li liHigh level of intuition, work ethic, and educational record /li liMock Trial, Moot Court, Law Review, or Journal experience a plus /li liKnowledge of Florida state and federal divorce and family laws /li liAbility to take full responsibility for all assigned work?product /li liExceptional research and writing skills /li liAbility to deliver client service and work with all ages and walks of life, including children /li liAbility to explain legal matters to clients with little legal knowledge /li liExperience in negotiation and other dispute resolution methods /li liStrong organizational and analytical skills /li liHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability /li liClear oral and written communication skills /li liAbility to understand complex legal documents and forms /li liFamiliarity with Zoom and video conferencing /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform discovery, deposition,
