brWorking directly with Founder CEO Natasha Slater, you will lead client strategy, manage a portfolio of luxury brands, mentor the PR team and help shape the future growth of the agency across fashion, design, hospitality, lifestyle and culture.

brLead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accounts brDevelop and execute strategic PR and communications plans brBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figures brLead the agency's press office and oversee media outreach brPlan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high-profile events brManage client communication and present strategies with confidence brMentor and support junior members of the team brIdentify new business opportunities and support agency growth brWork closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio brMinimum 5 years' experience in luxury PR or communications brProven experience working with fashion,
luxury, interior design, hospitality or lifestyle brands brFluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential brDemonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members brStrong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations brExcellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape brExisting relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable brPassionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary culture brWilling to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as required brWorking at Natasha Slater Studio This is an office-based role , with four days per week in our Milan studio and one day of lavoro da remoto.
