In this role you drive the execution of strategic sales initiatives across the EMEA region, aligning Sales with Marketing, Finance, Product Planning, Supply Chain, and Dealer Development.
You translate regional strategy into actionable programs that boost revenue, dealer performance, and customer engagement.
You'll build visibility into program performance and accelerate cross-functional execution.

Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic sales programs across EMEA
Manage multiple initiatives supporting retail sales growth, dealer performance, market expansion, and customer acquisition
Create project plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and executive reviews for transparency
Coordinate launch readiness for new products, campaigns, and initiatives
Prepare executive-level updates and reports on progress and risks
Support annual strategic planning and budgeting processes
Drive adoption of new sales processes, tools, and systems
Develop change management and communication plans to support implementation
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve effectiveness
Share best practices across regional sales teams
Gather field and dealer feedback to improve program effectiveness
Support dealer incentive programs, training initiatives, and retail campaigns
Capture and analyze feedback to refine programs
5-8+ years in sales operations, program management, or related fields
Experience managing complex xlwpduy cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed org
Experience supporting field sales organizations, dealer networks, or channel sales preferred
Strong program and project management skills with excellent execution
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong financial and business acumen and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM platforms
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
Experience in automotive, powersports, consumer products, or manufacturing is a plus
