p We're looking for a Junior Product Marketing Offer.
/pp Your mission: /pp You will join the LV marketing team in Italy Country Organization as Product Manager and you will take a deep interest in: understanding Italian customers' needs, developing and updating tools to support sales team and customers, competitors benchmark and price positioning, training and customer presentations.
You will be working closely with all the company departments from the sales team to supply chain, Marcom, quality and finance.
/pp What will you do?
/pulli Define the annual marketing plan for the molded case circuit breakers to obtain the target results (sales, profitability, market share,..) /lili Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the products in the portfolio /lili Assess the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and for pricing strategy purposes /lili Define and deploy launch plans for the new products /lili Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy and supporting promotional activity /lili Provide proposals and develop contents to increase the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i.e. social network), documents, software and tools /lili Work closely with all Schneider Electric's departments: supply chain, finance, quality, sales, technical support /lili Use data (i.e. sales volume)
to identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market /lili Support sales team and customers (panel builder, specifiers, contractors,..) on the sales activities related to air circuit breakers products /lili Provide trainings and presentations on sales team and customers /lili Frequent and constant exchanges with the global business unit sustaining and influencing projects and products according with the trend and needs of the Italian customers /li /ulp Who you are?
/pulli Preferable New-Graduate in Engineering /lili Passionate about energy and technology products (e.g. electrical hardware), and enjoy working at the cutting edge of technology /lili Interdisciplinary thinker /lili Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data /lili Excellent communicator /lili Fluent English /lili Experience in digital tools and office software /lili High organization of the job /lili Excellent team working skills /li /ulp What's in it for you?
