About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Specialist with a strong focus on Controlling and Administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key HR metrics, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Main Responsibilities
You will prepare HR reports and analyses on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs and other relevant HR KPIs.




You will monitor actual personnel costs versus budget and forecast, highlighting deviations and supporting corrective actions.
You will support HR administration processes, including contracts, documentation, incentives, bonuses and other employee-related data.
You will support HR budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning activities.
You will maintain HR databases, employee records and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR or Finance Controlling
Understanding of HR processes and financial principles
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Package: Gross salary from 28K + Meal Voucher & Welfare
