Responsibilities * Build relationships, understand business needs and engage with key functions to deliver results * Develop and execute category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions and scout for innovative suppliers * Own contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals * Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processes * Act as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automate * Monitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance Requirements * University degree (business or engineering preferred) * 5+ years' experience in sourcing,



category management or related fields * Proactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation * Strong communication, analytical and project management skills * Solid negotiations and contract management expertise * Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint * Passion for digital innovation and AI in procurement, with hands?on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity * Fluent English; other European languages are a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
