/p pbSTAM /b is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic bLead Project Engineer /b to join our Defence team in Genoa and La Spezia.
/p pMAIN ACTIVITIES: /p pBy joining the STAM Defence team, you will have the opportunity to work in the Defence field, supporting key LSA/ILS programmes with major players in the industrial landscape.
/p pThe Logistic Support Analysis Engineer will support the Programme Manager in technical?management activities throughout the programme life cycle, such as analysis of contractual requirements, planning and verification of the progress of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and In?Service Support (ISS) activities, and provide Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMT) studies.
/p pThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem?solving skills to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
/p pAccording to your skills and suitability, you will: /p ul liContribute to setting up the programme by supporting the Program Manager in analysing and verifying the contractual and quotation documents; /li liEnsure and monitor compliance with the technical requirements of the programme, providing technical supervision throughout the entire life cycle of the order; /li liManage and contribute to the implementation of all ILS deliverables such as user manuals, spare parts, training courses, on?board services, information systems,



interfacing with the actors and organisational units involved in the process; /li liContribute to the preparation and updating of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMTS) studies; /li liInterface externally with customers and suppliers of the equipment and systems.
/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liBachelor, master, or PhD in a technical field (physics, mathematics, electronics, aerospace, computer science, computer engineering, etc.); /li liAt least 1 year of experience as an LSA Engineer or in a similar role; /li liGood knowledge of reliability, maintainability, availability and testability concepts (RAM?T); /li liGood knowledge of the logistics support process (LSA); /li liGood knowledge of system supportability concepts; /li liGood knowledge of RAMT studies, methodology and tools; /li liGood knowledge of life?cycle cost concepts; /li liBackground in the Defence sector is considered a plus; /li liGood teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills; /li liCritical thinking, problem?solving and attention to detail; /li liA positive and ambitious mindset with a can?do attitude; /li liGood knowledge of English (written and spoken); /li liWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
