ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will drive process development and continuous improvement, collaborating with RD and operations to deliver optimized processes and reliable equipment performance.
You will produce specifications, balance material and utilities, and size installations while mentoring trainees.
You'll contribute to safety reviews, start?up integrity, and ongoing performance enhancements.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional position that shapes process design and project execution.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop and improve processes; write study specifications /liliCreate material and utility balances for unit operation and cost clarity /liliSize equipment and installations with cross?functional support /liliCollaborate with RD to validate new processes or improvements /liliPrepare PFDs, PIDs, process descriptions and operating manuals /liliConduct preliminary safety studies and participate in HAZOP reviews and relief device design /liliTrain end?users on installed equipment /liliPropose lab or pilot trials based on industrial issues /liliSupport RD projects and PMMA grade industrialization /liliContribute to project lifecycle from equipment design to variable cost calculations /liliCoordinate with engineering firms and validate documents; engage with suppliers /liliOversee construction phase; train engineers on projects /liliPrepare Process Design Package with the technical office /liliPlan test runs, sampling,



and result interpretation /liliEnsure timely startup with required product quality and production capacity /liliProvide operations support and coordinate improvement actions /liliTroubleshoot complex issues and implement corrective actions /liliImplement Management of Change (MOC) processes /liliMaintain process documentation for workshop and engineering projects /liliExplore new technologies to boost performance or address recurrent issues /liliMay supervise process trainees/interns /liliSupport implementation of new investment projects by Technical Office /liliWork with Global Manufacturing and Engineering project teams as needed /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field /liliProven experience in process engineering in an industrial setting /liliStrong knowledge of process design, equipment sizing, and safety analysis /liliExperience with PFDs, PIDs, and process descriptions /liliExperience with safety reviews (HAZOP) and pressure relief device design /liliStrong problem?solving and troubleshooting abilities /liliAbility to work effectively in cross?functional teams /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliExperience with RD support and process optimization is a plus /liliAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel and support production teams /liliFluent in English and Italian /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
