/p pbJOB PURPOSE /b /p pThe Director, Wholesale — Global holds dual accountability: direct operational leadership of the EMEA wholesale business and strategic coordination of wholesale channels across all regions (Americas, APAC, JP Korea).
The role is the central reference point for brand strategy execution in wholesale worldwide, ensuring coherence across markets while adapting to local dynamics.
A strong commercial leader, this individual drives revenue growth, partner excellence, compliance discipline, and cross-regional alignment, operating at executive level with full command of numbers, business dynamics, and brand standards.

/li /ul pEMEA Wholesale Leadership /p ulliDefine and execute the EMEA wholesale strategy, driving business development, commercial performance, and brand excellence across the region.
/liliBuild and manage strategic wholesale partnerships, leveraging market insights to maximize growth and execution.
/liliLead and develop the EMEA wholesale team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
/li /ul pbKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /b /p pExtensive experience in luxury fashion wholesale across international markets, managing strategic accounts, e-commerce platforms, and franchise partners.
/p pProven ability to drive complex multi-region businesses with strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen.
/p pStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
/p pSolid understanding of distribution, franchise operations, and compliance requirements.
/p pAgile, results-driven, and highly effective communicator in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Arabic) are a strong advantage.
