POP MART in Milan City Centre is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead the opening of a new boutique.
You will recruit staff, set up daily operations and drive sales performance from day one.
You will build a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer experiences, supervise merchandising, manage inventory, and coordinate events and CRM campaigns.
Fluent Italian and English, 3-5 years in luxury retail, and strong Excel skills are required.
