Pubblicato il 05-08-2026 - Professional Relo in MontàYour Mission In this role, you will deliver relocation related activities and accompany expatriates, employed by global companies, on orientation tours, school / house visits and support them with their settling-in in the selected local area What you will do Orientation tour: accompany the transferee during look and see program to help them familiarize with the local area School search: support the transferee with school selection (international schools / private / bilingual) and accompany during school visists Home search: review of housing needs, arrange and accompany on property viewing appointments Settling-in: support the transferee with property's move-in and utilities connection Correct and consistent execution of client's instructions and directions Deliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction What you will bring to the role Free-lance status with own VAT Registration Live in Ravenna and have in-depth knowledge of the local area and customs Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer-oriented position Ideally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industry Ideally you have lived abroad / have a multicultural background Advanced written and spoken English and Italian, other languages are a plus Proactive approach, positive attitude and ability to make decisions independently Problem solving skills and empathic approach Excellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressure Experience in the use of MS-Office and your own Laptop Valid Drivers' License and car What we offer A position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
