Gestio Performance is looking for a senior executive / partner-level profile coming from themanagement consulting industry, ready to take on anentrepreneurial challengein a structured, credible andfast-evolving environment.
We are looking for someone who has already built astrong professional track record in consulting, who knows how tocreate trust with clients,open doors, develop business and become a true growth enabler for the firm.
This is not a traditional leadership role.
It is anopportunityfor someone who wantsto move from a larger or more rigid context into a more agile, visible and high-impact boutique consulting platform, where they can play a direct role in the firm's development.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a professional who:
Comes from amanagement consulting background
Has held asenior leadership / director / partner / principal rolein a consulting firm
Brings a solidnetwork of senior decision-makers and client relationships
Has anactive commercial pipeline / portfolio / market access
Is able to contribute not only to delivery excellence, but also tobusiness development and firm growth
Wants to play a real role inbuilding and scalinga consulting business
Ismotivated by a context where entrepreneurial attitude, credibility and execution mattermore than internal politics or oversized structures
Your role
This person will be expected tocontribute to the growth of Gestio Performanceby:
Supporting the commercial and strategic developmentof the firm
Bringing and developingnew client opportunities
Leveragingexisting relationships and trusted market connections
Helpingexpand the firm's positioningand visibility in the market
Acting as a senior reference point in front of clients and prospects
Contributing to the evolution of the firm's offering and go-to-market approach
Supporting the development of high-value consulting engagements

Ideal profile
15+ years of experience in management consulting
Strong exposure to commercial development and client leadership
Existing relationships with C-level / senior executives
Ability to generate opportunities and convert trust into projects
Strong consulting credibility, business judgment and executive presence
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and growth-oriented mindset
