Nidec in Monfalcone is seeking a Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer to support lean transformation across our electromechanical manufacturing sites and related admin processes.
This role offers a hands-on path to grow within our European team.
You will participate in Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing), analyze data to remove wastes, support Daily Management System deployment, and learn Lean methodologies through practical involvement.
